As a child growing up in the Midwest, I always loves fresh snow, no footprints, but just the beauty of the season of winter, this painting captures that feeling for me. Love it! vtd fav

Carolyn--it is sincere--and I could give a seminar on the subject--and you don't want me to do that---trust me. :)

Thank you, Nava Jo, for your appreciation of old farms and for your compliment on my painting!

Carolyn--I really like this--and I agree totally with what Randy said about one of my favorite type scenes ceasing to be. We have lost a lot old barns and farms here. I painted for years before I became more serious about photography and you captured an atmosphere here and the action. Makes me want to put my mittens on-----almost. :) F & V

Boy, you know it! I wouldn't recognize this March except for the calendar saying it is:>). Beautiful blues and red/browns, Carolyn - wonderful, as usual! V/F

I love the cow trail, with the fence lines keeping them out of the field, and the DOF and perspective are just perfectly captured in this wonderful watercolor depiction of the good old days, when family farms still existed in numbers! Today, it seems as what we have are muilti million dollar milking parlors and "hamburger mills". I appreciate you sharing this wonderful imagery with the art world, as one day, it will cease to exist, other than the memories and pieces of art of this sort! Got my big, "Elvis" F/V on this well done piece of masterfully done art work, and thanks for the memories!
